Itinerary
Day 1: ISTANBUL
Arrival. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: ISTANBUL
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Pierre Loti's Café from where to enjoy the best views of the Golden Horn with free time to contemplate the sights or have a tea or coffee. Then we will visit the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople where the Cathedral of St. George, the equivalent of St. Peter's in Rome for Catholics, is located. Lunch. We will visit the most important places of the old part of the city. We will start with the visit of the Blue Mosque, one of the masterpieces of the 17th century. We will continue to the Roman Hippodrome to see the German Fountain, the Egyptian Obelisk, the Serpentine Column and the Obelisk of Constantine. Finally, we will visit the Hagia Sophia Mosque (entrance included), a monument of the 6th century, a masterpiece of the Byzantine era. Continuation to the Grand Bazaar with free time to stroll through its streets. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: ISTANBUL / CAPADOCCIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to the Suleymaniye Mosque, from the 16th century and the largest in the city. It is the masterpiece of the architect Sinan known as a figurehead of the Ottoman Empire. Then we will cross to the Asian side by the first suspension bridge over the Bosphorus to visit Çamlica Hill from where we have an impressive panoramic view of the city. After descending from the hill, we will take the boat for the ride along the Bosphorus strait, where we can see the palaces of the sultans and the oldest yalis on both shores. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit the New Mosque, the last imperial mosque and the Spice Bazaar. After the tour, transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Cappadocia. Arrival in Cappadocia. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel (If the arrival time at the hotel in Cappadocia is after 22:00, dinner will be lunch box).

Day 4: CAPADOCCIA
Breakfast and departure for the visit of this wonderful region, a mixture of the vagaries of nature and human art. Visit to Goreme Valley. Stops in the Güvercinlik Valleys where you can enjoy an incredible lunar landscape. Then we will visit a subway city of Mazi, Serhatli or similar, and visit the first cave churches decorated with frescoes. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the onyx and turquoise workshops where you can find quality and good price. Dinner and overnight (In Cappadocia you will have the possibility to take an optional sunrise hot air balloon excursion and participate in a folk dance show in a typical cave with unlimited regional drinks).

Day 5: CAPADOCCIA / PAMUKKALE
Breakfast and departure to Pamukkale. En route visit of a Kervansaray (typical medieval inn of the Silk Road). Lunch. Continuation to Pamukkale, natural wonder of gigantic white waterfall, stalactites and natural pools from hot springs. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner and overnight

Day 6: PAMUKKALE / EPHESUS / ZONA DE ESMIRNA
Breakfast and visit of Pamukkale, famous for its petrified limestone waterfalls that have formed because of the lime water emanating in the area. Visit of Hierapolis, with a necropolis of more than 150,000 tombs. Departure to Ephesus, the capital of Asia Minor in Roman times. Lunch. Visit of the archaeological remains, including the temple of Hadrian and the library of Celsus. You will have the possibility to visit a typical leather production center. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: ZONA DE ESMIRNA / BURSA / ESTAMBUL
Breakfast and departure to Bursa, first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit of the Mausoleum and the Green Mosque and the Great Mosque. Lunch. In the afternoon, departure to Istanbul crossing the Sea of Marmara by the fourth longest suspension bridge in the world. Overnight at hotel in Istanbul.
